Had a mixup on our room size the first night, but the manager took care of it for the rest of our stay. Room was clean, and pool was clean (but water was a little bit cooler than some). Staff was friendly and helpful. TV had a good variety of streaming services and was easy to use.

Everything! Room spotless and very spacious, registration staff friendly and informative, rate reasonable, easy access, bar and restaurant staff busy but friendly and attentive, pizza good. We did not use pool or expertise room but looked good and hockey room was so cute.

Breakfast hit the spot in the morning. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved when I saw that there was a lift for wheelchair customers who would like to go in the pool...I love inclusivity!!

Customer service was excellent. Pleasantly surprised that there was a restaurant/bar in the hotel and an outdoor balcony with seating. First Hampton Inn I have stayed at with those amenities.
